DESCRIPTION:Registration is now OPEN to ALL! \nCourse dates: \n\nMonday\, April 29\, 2024\nTuesday\, April 30\, 2024\n\nLocation: Huron Perth Health Alliance\, Stratford \nCapacity: Class size is limited to 30. There has been great demand for this course\, not only from our partner hospitals but also from other hospitals in Ontario Health West. Therefore\, to avoid disappointment\, we encourage your staff to register as soon as possible\, as spaces will fill up quickly. A wait list will be activated when capacity is reached. \nProcess: Registration link will take you to a Pre-Registration questionnaire.  If you meet all qualifications\, you will be sent a separate email with the link to complete your registration.  If you do not meet the pre-requisites\, you will be forwarded an email with information to help you.  If your only outstanding requirement is an updated NRP Online Exam you can still register but make sure to have that completed by the deadline to submit your documents or you may forfeit your spot.  Required documentation is to be submitted to: Kendra Savage.
